Belaboring the point perhaps — good living requires good eating
By Gary | October 2, 2008
I've often spoken here about diets and dieting. From various pills and lotions and potions, whether it's over-the-counter stuff like the new alli diet pill or such "old fashioned" methods as Weight Watchers, people are spending BILLIONS of dollars every year hoping to find a better weight, a better looking body, or a better way of life in general.
But what it always gets down to is this: A valid "diet" really is nothing more than a sensible way of eating good food in the right amounts, combined with lots of daily activity -- whether that "activity" is something formal like a fitness center or informal like a brisk walk through your neighborhood.
So set down today and look not for "diets" but "good nutrition" when you hit Google. Combine sensible eating with sensible living and I guarantee you you'll live a better life!
